I lived at Cambridge Commons for 4 years. It is a decent looking place and they like showing off the “nice things” they do. I lived closer to the creek and experienced two floods. One flood was so bad that some of the buildings in front were severely damaged. The company was decent at making the repairs, it took them about 3 months to fix all the buildings. I, also experienced sewer flooding in my house, where the toilet base flooded 9 times in 3 months and no one knew what was wrong. This time the company was NOT good at making the repairs. It was so bad that when I left this place in April that I had still no baseboard in my dining room, and half bathroom downstairs. I think it is funny that I am one of a few that have issues with this company. In my opinion this company only cares about the money, even though they claim they don’t. The property manager Ronnie was a decent person but if you have any arguments with him, he can be nasty. In my opinion he would give misleading truths, to the point where I could not believe anything he told me. More people should be wary of this company. They will take all of your security and they will charge you lots of money for painting, even if you paint it, and you better clean your unit extremely well because they will charge you for any speck of dirt they find in your unit.

Great place to live! Safe neighborhood, beautiful area and quite. The staff that work to upkeep Cambridge are super nice and accomodating. The staff has been very helpful with making me feel at home and safe!Friendly area, right next to a school, and a great park for walking, hiking, and just a great view. Highly recommend, I feel lucky to have gotten into the complex.

We moved here in March of 2020 and a new manager called Ron came on board a few months after. I have to say that Ron is very kind and makes a good manager. He has been very helpful to us to try to get things fixed in our apartment. There were different structural issues with the apartment and issues with the Commons here but if you have a problem you can approach Ron and he tries his best to make sure things get fixed in your apartment. And I truly appreciate him for that. And he will check up on us after a work order is completed to know we are ok. If there’s a problem he is compassionate and understanding and will do his best to see the issue gets fixed as much as he is able to. If you are looking for a quiet place to live that’s close to different shops etc Cambridge Commons is a nice location. If you have a problem while staying here you can approach Ron for help. He will try his best to help you in the best way he can.

This place in my opinion is terrible. I had to put the 1 Star it doesn’t deserve or I can’t post my review. The surrounding area is nice and look quiet. All things that look nice really isn’t in the long run. Maintenance come in and out of your apartment as if they live there too and disrespectful to the home by leaving lights, tracking dirt, leaving doors open and sometimes won’t even tell you if they we t in your home (I know how I left my place and smelt like another person was there). Since I’ve moved in there were in total about 6 property managers. None of them seem to stay or was pleasant. There was only 1 manager that was pretty good but she was ran out. In the apartment things come apart so easy. The rent and utilities you’re being robbed with increases in rent and utilities every year. There was mold in my bathroom I couldn’t understand why I kept itching and coughing so much. There was a cold winter in 2017 when I had no water for a few days because the pipes froze and after messages no one called me back or was I reimbursed. As a manager it’s there job to make sure this doesn’t happen. Snow days maintenance would call off and so nothing would get done. It’ll be up to you and your neighbors to shovel your way out the complex or you won’t be going anywhere. So happy I’m gone. I’ve been calling and emailing to get my security deposit, but no replies. No one answer the phone when you call the cooperate office. When people ask me for my opinion before moving in I tell them my experiences and beware if you dare to lock your self in a hell hole.Don’t move here!!
