Ive lived here 3 years, everyone pretty much keeps to themselves around here unless they give you a friendly hand wave or head nod. The weekends can be busy and eventful and the summer time is always a great time to be here. Theres a pool for the family (and close friends) And the rent is reasonable as well. Don't think you can find a better deal anywhere else that includes electric water and trash. This place is for you! For the people!

Pine Haven , is s great campground. The whole family can enjoy. Close to the Delaware Bay, and only 15 miles from the ocean.
