I am pretty disgusted with Lennar. I won't referring any buyers there ever. I went to the Lennar location a little while back off Green River in Corona. I was told immediately that Lennar only sells to buyers directly and not to buyer agents looking on behalf of their buyers. This is disgusting and as a buyer beware that you as a buyer will not be represented fairly. They want to sell to buyers directly so that only the builders side is represented. I am sure they'll change their tune in the future in consideration of market conditions. As a buyers agent my goal is to make sure you are being fairly represented and not oversold. As a five star agent I have saved buyers hundreds of thousands through negotiations. Don't be fooled by staging, new home builders often use the cheapest of materials. Drywall similar to paper, plumbing, and water proofing that falls apart. Just because something is new doesn't mean it's built well. Dissatisfied buyers should consider a class action lawsuit in consideration that they don't allow you to be fairly represented.

Purchased a new home with Lennar late 2020. Our loan officer Jason Brodowski was very informative this was our first house and worked diligently to get us the best rate possible he also shopped around per our request on PMI. He communicated effectively and answered phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Whenever I encountered issues with the underwritter, he went above and beyond to get them up to date. The process was all digital you uploaded documents through the portal. If you stay proactive and submit the proper paperwork in a timely manner the process is completely easy. The underwriter on the other hand was a different story. Not very organized. Plus you can't beat the incentives given by the lender almost $12k in incentives.
