I had the easiest experience with this company. I started to use the mortgage company I was already with for five years, but did not feel like my loan was important to that company so I tried loan depot. My loan officer was Will and the processor was Michael. Not one email or phone call from me was missed and they made sure to keep me updated. The process was smooth and went quickly. I have an FHA loan, so this process in not generally pain free. This time is was there was no issues with the loan and they set the appraisal up within a week. I would highly recommend this company.

If I had to do it again for a third time I would go with Loan Depot. I had already been with Loan Depot which helped the process to move that much quicker. The people are top shelf #1. They were all amazingly helpful and kind. No question was left unanswered. They were in touch with me at least once a week or I could call anytime or leave messages in what they call a "portal" which is a secure site for paper signing and seeing how everything is progressing. I did check with other companies before making my final decision. The truth is the whole process was easier than I thought and the signing of some of the papers were done on line. Don't be detoured from that. We all do so many things on the internet that it just made it go that much smoother. The Notary was exceptional. Fast friendly and a local person. I did not know her at the time but I think she became a great reminder that their are still a lot of personable and amazing people out there.

My experience with Cassandra, was a great one. Even through I did not choose to get my home refinanced at this time, I know that Cassandra will be the person I will call. She was able to answer my questions and make me feel at ease. I actually felt like I've known her longer than a few days. When I told her I was not ready and what I needed to do first, Cassandra did not pressure me. She told me she would still be available to answer any questions I may have. I appreciated that so much. She is a great asset to your team.

My experience with Loan Depot is great so far. It's been less than a week, and everything is running smoothly. I am fortunate that they connected me with an Executive Loan Officer (Art Keener). Art is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He walked me through the application process with as much information as possible so I can completely understand why all the documents are needed to be filled up and completed. He really spent a long time with his customer (Me) to make sure that I submit and finish the requirements. He has an excellent customer service orientation. Loan Depot's online portal also makes it easier for loan applicants to submit the requirements. And I am also very pleased that the appraisal of my house is also done! In less than a week! Looking forward to a continued smooth and fast processing of my loan. I hope we can close in less than a month. :)

They are the worse! They should have told you this in the beginning and not after your loan is processing. I got the worst service ever.

Mortgage loans have minimum fico requirements of 580. Unsecured loans (quick cash) have a minimum 660 fico currently.
The number should be on your mortgage statement or call their main number and ask for servicing.
Are you asking for a amortization? Just apply on the website. It will tell you what the rate and payment will be.
