They fit me in without a hair appointment. It really made a difference in the rest of my day. The staff was wonderful and remembered me from a single pre-pandemic appointment.

This rating is in reference to the salon, not the retail store, I’d give it a zero if I could. Still upset from my visit in September so I feel the need to write this. Went to see Bianca about 6 months ago, my hair is FINALLY back to some state of normalcy. I had a straight across bob and simply wanted it angled, a little shorter in the back while keeping it long in the front. She gave me the worst haircut I had in a long time: uneven, short top layers and left the whole bottom part alone so I had a few longer pieces too (best imagery would be a short sleeve placed on top of a long sleeve)...it was all over the place and nothing like the picture I showed which had zero layers. She was also going to cut my “bangs” shorter before I stopped her, thank god I did. Not sure she knew what the hell she was doing considering I specifically said don’t touch the front at all. It was as if I was a test mannequin for her. I couldn’t even put my hair in a ponytail anymore it was a short stub so there was no hiding it. Also, someone strolled in without an appointment (I had one) saying, “Oh I’m sure this girl doesn’t mind, I’m a regular and I want a haircut now” and she took them and left me sitting in the back with a hair mask on for 20min! She should have said, “I’m sorry but I’m with a client who booked an appointment.” I should’ve walked out right then and there. Bianca also asked if my last name is really Cox and I said “yes??” And her response, while laughing, was “Ok because sometimes people book appointments under fake names to be funny and I mean, you know what it sounds like.” In essence she was making fun of my last name. Just an overall super unprofessional, horrible experience by a young immature girl. My hair was ruined in the matter of like 45min. Went home crying, uncomfortable, regretful and freaking out searching for extensions/serums to help grow my hair quickly not that there really are any. If she is still working there, beware.

Wife really love this place, They have a very large selection and not a pushy salespersons. Prices are also reasonable!
