Called up to get a quote for TV repair , he was very nice over the phone and talked me through what it would cost to repair the TV and potential issues my tv will likely have in the near future. He was honest and said that it wouldn’t be worth it to fix and in the long run buying a new tv now would be the best option. If I ever have an issue again I will definitely call back, honest and nice.
