I've lived here in this community once about 6 years ago and I decided to come back. Priced decently for a one bedroom, area is quiet and beautiful. Property looks taken care of without being woken up at 745 for lawn care. I don't know if we need so many laundry rooms here since most apartments come with a stacked washer and dryer but a full size washer every now and then is nice. A car washing spot would be top notch. 10/10

Pet owners be aware, this apartment complex is in-fact NOT pet friendly. When you move out you will more than likely be hit with the "pet odor" excuse and that they will have to replace their "new" carpet. Even if you clean the apartment before you move out you will still be hit with the fees/costs of cleaning the apartment. I would not recommend calling Vista Del Lago your new home. There was always a post on the community forum about someone's package being stolen/misplaced, someone on their patio or their car being broken into. Although the apartments have some sort of sound proofing material, you can still hear your neighbors talk, yell, scream or slam doors. I would recommend if you have a large breed of dog to keep your distance from other people when letting them out to go do doggy business as they wont care if you might or might not have a reactive dog to other people. (Being happy there's a person and wanting to go up to them.) They do not care about space for you or your pets. I had encountered the same person over and over again not giving my dogs the space that they needed. From a safety standpoint it is just not acceptable. You would have better luck finding a new place to call home if you want to avoid expensive move out costs.

We had a little trouble with our water heater but vista del lago took care of it quick and sent out vinicio to switch out our water heater and he worked fast and was so nice and definitely took care of everything perfectly. Thank you so much vinicio!:) vista del lago and the wonderful maintenance crew always take care of everything right away you guys are awesome ! Keep up the great work !

This is a review strictly for my service requests. Jose was wonderful and fixed to maintenance items quickly and professional. When finished, he made sure to clean up any equipment/debris and left me home in excellent shape. While in my home, he was very friendly and professional.
