I’d been putting off renewing my license and getting a real ID because I thought I would have a bad experience at the DMV. I’m happy to report that this was not the case and this location is fantastic! It is clean here and the process is extremely organized. All of the employees I interacted with had a pleasant and wonderful attitude. Before I arrived, I read the estimated wait time online. When I saw in the late afternoon that the average wait time was 13 minutes, I rushed on over. I checked in, waited, renewed my license, took an eye exam, paid, took a new photo, and got a provisional license all in the span of 20 minutes! It was an amazing, pleasant experience and I can’t believe that I put off going here for so long.

I am amazed at how efficient this DMV is. I walked in without an appointment, they gave me a number, and within two minutes my number was called. I had to look over my number three times to make sure it was the correct number. I had trouble believing that is being called so quickly! The two ladies I worked with where quick, professional and polite. I was in and out in less then 20 minutes. If I have to go to the DMV next I am going to go out of my way to go to this one.

I believe so. This location is specifically for id cards and drivers licenses. Very quick,in and out of there usually under 30 minutes.
Yes
Yes you can but easier to do online.
If you're a minor (under 18) probably, but I'm not completely sure. You'll need your birth certificate I think. Check the website for documentation you'll need to take.
Yes you can

They are closed on all weekends. The DMV hours for this location are listed below: Monday 8AM–5PM Tuesday 8AM–5PM Wednesday 9AM–5PM Thursday 8AM–5PM Friday 8AM–5PM Saturday Closed Sunday Closed
Drawback of paper, you have to wait extra for evaluation. Drawback of terminal, you need to stand. Since you get one question at a time there is a sense of hurry. You can skip only 3 questions for later review.
You would have to call that location and ask.
Yes they do, do drivers license renewal
You can be any age for a passport (although I don't think you can do that here, check the State Department website travel.state.gov), and any age for a REAL ID. A drivers license (DL) comes at 15 1/2 for a learners permit and 16 for a full DL.

Yes you can
Yes...you can take DL test here.
You don't have to have an appt but its probably a quicker process if you do.
I went there with an appointment but virtually nobody was waiting. But you need a doctor to certify your disability. For some cases you don't, when you can go straight to the DMV to fill the application forms.
Yes, is super fast and service is great!
You do not need an appointment, and honestly it's a little bit of a pain trying to set an appointment from the website! But, if you do go to the website and do what they're asking in order to make an appointment, you're trip in person will be a signature and a breeze. I did this for my daughter, I had to fill out an application, was able to submit my documents online (you will still need to bring them with you), and although I had trouble with getting an appointment, I got a confirmation # which is just as good as an appointment. We were still checking in and our number was called. It was her very first time getting an ID, I think at most we spent maybe a total time of 15 minutes or less

They don’t do the disability placards here. I was looking for an answer as well.

Yes you can
2 forms of identification and prove of residence and your birth certificate. No sure why but is required even if you have a previous ID or driver's license.
This location is only for ID & Driver license, but they do have a Kiosk machine. You do it your self as if your using a ATM.
Should be able to find out for sure on the DMV website. The first answer is how I remember it from years ago. I had to pay for my daughter to do the required behind the wheel portion with a school that offers the behind the wheel, I don't remember how the drivers education worked. They don't offer it in school anymore tho from what I do remember... Is been 12 years....
Only phone to Dmv is through general line
