On our way back from a pretty amazing weekend in the Hamptons, we decided to stop over in a fairly busy town called Huntingon, where we spotted this place, Hatch. A very 90's disco themed restaurant welcomed us, which was fairly busy around noon. I decided to skip ordering looking at the rather greasy and large portions that were being served on tables, and also the fact that for vegetarians, the only and most apealing option was to get a rather expensive $14 Avocado Toast where you'd still have to request to hold the Sunny Side Up eggs - which I wasn't going to pay for! Anyway, our table got 2 orders of an extremely good looking "greasy" Country Breakfast Skillet ($13) which can easily feed 3 people, but was individually ordered by 2. Needless to say, the grease got to them within 6 bites and they were left with 3/4th portion still in what now looked like an unappetizing skillet with the sausages floating in its own fat. Others ordered omlettes ($12.75) which were pretty good and finished it off with French Toast ($11.95), which even I tried a few bites off and thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was excellent though and my last (4th star) goes specifically for that. This place is probably excellent for meat eaters, but for vegetarians, there is sadly nothing they offer.

Ate here for the first time recently, even though my family and I had seen the place many times when going to Huntington Village. Not only was the restaurant adorable, but it was family friendly. Modern interior design w/twee aspects and when I went with my son on a Thursday morning, they had cartoons on the screen above the bar. :) Food was delicious and the portions were more than generous (see the pancakes and breakfast burrito below). Guessing it is a mob scene on the weekends, but if so, it is with good reason.

The Charleston Benedict was perfect!!! I honestly loved it! The new Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was good but I think a lot of the actual spices didn't quite catch on to the crust so it tasted like normal fried chicken (still good but not quite what we had hoped for). The corn beef was quite different from other brunch places and we honestly thought it was a bit too salty by itself (hence the 4 stars). But we took it home and modified it! I would definitely come again to try some other stuff and retry the Charleston Benedict again!

First time coming here with friends. The place is definitely colorful. The staff is friendly and quick. The drinks are amazing as well. Everyone in my group got something different. I got their version of fried chicken and waffles. The waffle was good, but the fried chicken was just a bit on the dry side. I also had tried some pancakes with your fluffy and delicious. Overall, I would recommend this place for a quick brunch.
