I got a flat on the hutch and managed to crawl my car to Mavis where the service was OUTSTANDING. Can't stress that enough. Will helped me out and they were able to get 2 new tires on my car right away without an appointment, this late in the day. They made this nightmare much more palatable and I would highly recommend Mavis and it's many locations to not only people in a pinch but for all your tire needs

A little long overdue. But on February 3, I hit a terrible pothole destroying my front passenger tire. Luckily I was able to make it to Mavis in Eastchester where I was fortunate enough to be helped by Desmond. A Wonderful guy and great at his work. He took me to my car and explained everything that was going on with my vehicle, in plain English because my knowledge of cars isn’t the greatest. I will definitely come back because of my experience with him! And up until now my tire has been running great with no issues.

Look I'm usually pretty careful about mechanics and fear being taken for a ride I've gone to other Mavis franchises and always had a good experience, this location was no exception. They even have a courtesy desk area that I wish other locations would have as well. The staff were helpful and very down to earth.

Family friend recommended this location and so I gave them a shot and took my dads car to get it fixed. Honestly first impression? Knowledgeable staff, full check and detail statement at the end. Everything was explained to me throughout the process and I was able to explain to my dad. Super content with the services provided. Victor was beyond helpful. Honestly will be bringing my dads car here again. Recommend Victors staff especially Mickey and Danny.
