My husband and I visited City MD Eastchester on July 9. My husband needed a PCR test. The staff was very courteous ,efficient. Our results were received in 48 hours We are extremely pleased with the staff and the service. I would highly recommend it to anybody who lives in the area or anybody who lives far away as well.

My experience with this location was A+. Rowina was more than happy to help me with the sign in process. She recognized my uncertainty & came to my aid without my asking for it. Thank you Rowina! Must also mention Chantel (not sure of spelling). She was Dr’s assistant who swabbed my nose for Covid. She was very gentle, she also kept me abreast of Dr’s approximate time he would see me. Bravo ladies 👏👏 2

I had a cut on my leg from an accident with a saw that required wound cleaning and stitches. I called ahead to make sure that the facility could treat these kinds of injuries and was affirmed that they could. Upon arrival, with a gashing cut on my leg and being the only patient in the waiting room, the front desk staff seemed largely disinterested in assisting me and pointed me to a kiosk to check in that asked me about really urgent-care style stuff such as my race. Once I was able to see a doctor I was informed that the facility did not have adequate staffing to treat my injury. The medical staff did not even look at the wound to make that determination. However, I was told I would still be charged as they were 'unable to cancel the visit'. If I would have been given that information when I called ahead to inquire I would have gone straight to an emergency room at the local hospital. After they decided that they would not get me treatment the staff just left me in the room alone. I left the facility after about 15min of waiting and went to a hospital emergency room. The staff dropped the ball on every aspect of this visit.

On Feb 8th, I went to get the Covid test done for my daughter and myself and it was a smooth ride. 10-15mins of waiting and the antigen test was done. The doctor was nice and checked for flue as well. The place was not busy may be becoz we were there around noon.
