The absolute worst patty I've ever had the displeasure of tasting. Cocobread dry like some gyal head, patty nuh have no flakiness, beef taste like frowsiness (know dem way deh?) Stay away if you're looking for authentic Jamaican patty and cocobread. This nah seh nutten! 🙄

The worst Golden Krust of all time!!!! They did not have most of the items a Golden Krust usually has, and the customer service left something to be desired. The cashier was rude and disrespectful, and ignored me when I tried to place my order. I, then took my receipt to leave, and she flipped and said I took her receipt. She gave me the wrong order and refused to fix it, nor refund my money. I asked to speak to the manager, and he basically told me there is nothing he can do. I walked out, and the cashier became very belligerent and aggressive, like she wanted to fight. To add insult to injury, the food was not fresh and actually tasted rather stale.Dreadful. Avoid this location at all cost.

They are unorganized. I placed an order and paid for it and when it was time to pick up, the lady working on that day 5/31/2020 told me the order isn't here and was never turned in. I needed it for my gender reveal and was not leaving without my money or food! Argued with me and was talking to customers about my order instead of talking directly to me. I will never do business with this particular golden krust on white plains rd and 241st. I had my receipt and everything. She said she didn't work that day and it isn't her fault. She cannot give me my money nor the food. I demanded they call a supervisor, because I was not leaving without nothing! It doesn't matter who fills in, there should be protocol on how to do things while at a different location..
