I booked a PCR test for travel use in December 2020. A young man helped me in the parking lot. He told me that they don’t accept medical insurance, I must pay them first, the price is $150. I paid the $150 for the test with my credit card. They did not send me the test results. I had to call them for the test report before boarding my flight. The worst is that they send me another bill for the same service after a year, the change is $236.00. How can they do that……..

The facility is clean and tidy. The doctors and nurses are very friendly, gentle, and patient. I went in first thing early on Sunday morning and I was able to be seen, treated, and on my way home in less than 30 mins. I didn't feel like the doctors or nurses rushed to get me in and out. They are just that efficient. They took the time to listen to my concerns and they even asked clarifying questions to make sure they got all the information and details they needed to accurately diagnosis and treat me. I highly recommend Cypress Urgent Care facility.

Called ahead of time, they weren't busy. Easy check in, minimal wait time. So glad this is the urgent care closest to me!!.. Hopefully I will feel better in a few days 🤞
