Every day from 9:00 in the morning to the closing time, I waited for 5 days for 3 vehicles to transfer the ownership, all kinds of difficulties, and finally did do nothing. The office staff here are not familiar with their business at all, and they did not require same materials each time. They are simply incapable of working. Very very dab experience. Don’t even want to give one star.

The ladies are always so RUDE. They aren't very helpful. They simply expect you to read their mind. I submitted a packet on Friday and was to told to come to get then by 3pm. I waited in line for 15 minutes to be told oh, they aren't ready come back Monday. Here I am Monday morning and only 4 of them were done. It's just an absolute awful experience here always.

Excessive wait time.. waited 4 hours for 1 registration. Come to find out my application needed an additional form for completion. So I have to come back... Really wish this could have been identified at the check in window. I understand that there is a lot of people waiting in line but maybe this office should have more clerks? Operation of this DMV office seems to be a huge money pit for us taxpayers. 200+ staff members in the back area. Only 2 clerks at window working the long lines... Just seems a bit odd. I just think we need to look at this operation to see if and how we can improve it. Maybe too many personal on board just there collecting an employment check? Not too sure but wow.. this is just pathetic.
