Do not come here. I’ve been fighting for a year against a ridiculous 400 dollar charge that was incorrectly applied on my account. I talked to the manager and she said he fixed it. But here I am again, 5 months later and I’m still getting charged. This is going to ruin my credit score and it’s all this company’s fault.

My exam was on time and Dr. Hirshfield has a business approach and explains things in a way that I can understand. Had my cataract surgery on Wednesday and I was able to see clear as day by dinner time. Dr. H is top notch

They have no disregard for their patients time. I was told to be there for an appointment at 7:30am and I was there on time. At 7:45am I asked the receptionist at what time I would be seen and she could not tell me when I would be seen since the ophtamologist was not there yet. I asked when he was expected to be there and again they did not know. I asked if I was the first person to be seen, given that I was there so early, and they told me there were several people in front of me. I told them I needed to go back to work and needed to have an idea of when I could expect to see the ophtamologist. I finally had enough of their games and told them to cancel the appointment and give all my records. I will never go back to a place where they act like your time is not worth it.

Always long waiting for few hours! Overbooked appointments? Management need to do something about it! Patients are disappointed with this house of waiting!
