Had a great experience at Mavis they get you in and out. Needed my headlight fixed they were able to do it right away and changed my key battery as well. Staff is great, extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone!

What I like about going to Mavis is they are honest. They’ll tell you what needs to be done and then simply suggest other services you might like. If you don’t want them, all good. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. So far, I’ve been here for my tires, brakes, and batteries, and I’m always satisfied with the service.

This morning, I returned to my Mavis Dealer on Merrick Road in Valley Stream because my truck's computer kept showing one of my new front tires was always under-inflated. Although they had previously checked the tire twice, no problem was found. We've been experiencing weather that was colder than normal and they believed that could have been the cause. Today, the owner, Eddie was there and promised to find out himself what the problem was--and he did. It turned out the computer had not been reset after the new tires were installed and the rear passenger tire was the culprit. They quickly reset the computer and I was able to continue with my day, feeling safe. I was so relieved that this problem was behind me. Just like the sign in your waiting room said, you corrected the problem. Thank you Eddie and your Mavis crew.
