Best buy is a great place to shop for electronics First there is a little wait especially cause it was the weekend but the wait is worth it just have a little patience the workers were great the product I purchased the agent had great knowledge on the items I got so to anyone looking for TV sound bar let best buy be your first choice thanks to best buy for all your help I love my purchases

Today I walked into the electronics department of the store because I wanted to ask a simple question about a camera I had purchased recently. The person there called someone who knows about cameras on his radio. He then walked to the cashier and stayed there.....AND........you guessed it. NO ONE came back to assist me. I noticed two gentlemen talking to each other and one of them looked at me. THEY DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT I WAS NOT BUYING ANYTHING THERE TODAY. I waited there for about 20 minutes for someone to come and talk to me; then I left the store, so disappointed. A big name electronics store should not do this to anyone because bad reviews and word of mouth spread like fire. I will not recommend this store to ANYONE, period.

I went to this Best Buy near Green Acres Mall and as usual I had a very pleasant experience. I needed a wall charger for my cell phone and a screen protector. I love the fact that they have an insurance that allows you to pay one price for unlimited screen savers. I had a new phone that needed this. This was right on time!

I love my 2nd pair of thy 2nd generation airpod reason why I have brought a second pair is because I loaned my first one to my son because he misplaced his and I needed one in the meantime for when I go to the gym and especially to make and answer calls in which I haven't been able to do. So I just went ahead and got me my second pair especially because they were on sale which was even better. I love them the quality, sound just about them period oh, and last but not least the price.🥰💖💜🙌👍

Call the store before
Fix, no. If you have their geek squad plan, they will send you a replacement phone which may be refurbished. But they will NOT fix your phone. Imo, it's too much hassle to get a replacement phone then have to transfer contacts, apps, media etc. Especially since they can't guarantee that the replacement phone is new. Just pay an outside merchant to fix you phone.
