This place was great, but could be better. I got a burger, and it was insanely dry and tasted funny.. this place is not recommended in my opinion. And I think they could do better. Ot was fast, so the bakers would’ve probably rushed the dish. Please do better guys!!!

Trying something new upon my arrival to the City that never sleeps. In my opinion, Diners can be a hit or miss. Valbrook Diner was a hit! Our server Sonny was friendly in her own little way. When I inquired about the Homemade Challah French Toast, her response made the dish sound like the perfect choice. The food was flavorful and delivered to our table at just the right temperature. Having ordered the French Toast, Turkey Sausage and scrambled eggs, I was pleasantly surprised by the French Toast. No syrup needed. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Not enough to eat 2. By the time I finished 1/2 of one turkey sausage that I didn’t really care for, one French toast, 1/2 of my eggs and the cooked to perfection corned beef hash that I just had to try.. I was extremely full. At Valwood Diner you will definitely get your money’s worth! So much so that you might waste some food. Overall experience was wonderful. I didn’t clean my plate but I left a very happy customer! By the way, parking is a little challenging but it’s New York🤩

Great service ,great meal, prices are reasonable. Perfect for breakfast on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Always a good crowd in the mornings, never much of a wait time. This place has never disappointed me. This diner gives you that great nostalgia feeling.

Great service, they were eager to help us and you could tell they were happy. Great food quality and the prices aren't half bad. You're looking at about $10-15 for your average breakfast. The atmosphere is fun, but not the common diner feel because they play futuristic instrumental music. There weren't many places for a larger group, we had 8 in our group and they pushed tables together to accommodate. Would recommend!
