Really good customer service, But i had an oil change done and asked to put air in my tires. After they were done i was told they checked the air pressure in my tires. They did the oil change fine but my tire pressure light was still on. I went to a gas station to fill it myself. Then the light went off So they lied straight to my face about it, granted they didn't charge me for it either

There are no prices listed and I didn’t find out it was $58.99 for a regular oil change until it was time for me to pay. Regular oil, $58.99, big rip off for sure. Most gas stations are $29.99. I was also never made aware I could have found a coupon on line that would have helped lower that ridiculous price and didn’t find out I left. Won’t be back.

I went in for an oil change today, 03/22/2022. I was here 3 months ago on 12/20/2021. Great services both time. They give you the manufacturer’s recommendations but they do not force you to get any work done that is not urgent. The oil change was done while I was in my car. You have the option to wait in the waiting area. I will definitely return in 3 months for my oil change and I will get the recommended works done.

This morning about 8:15 am I showed up to the store for a NYS inspection. The manager opened the door. While attempting to pull in the manager stopped me. The manager said that his employees hadn't shown up to work, and he couldn't take me because he was by himself. He went further and recommended that I leave and go to another store. As time passed the employee showed up. When I asked if I could be taken his next response was no because we do not do inspections until 10am. I explained that I had called the day before and was told that inspections are done starting at 8am. The manager stated that is correct but not today. If you are looking for customer services, kindness and respect this is not the place to go.
