Between my wife, my two sons (in their 20's) and myself, we've had a number of computers over the last 20 years. Not surprisingly, we've had a number of repairs. Some of the shops we used have gone away, but I honestly found them to be pretty good. Then I tried Gatecom, and have never gone anywhere else for repairs. It's the place to go when your hair is on fire and you are desperate to get your computer working. Max is calm, and reassuring, confident and professional.Repair costs do seem considerably lower than most, and I've never had to bring a computer back because there was something "not done right". But the first time I brought a computer to Max, I got a call later the same day. He told me what was wrong and what it would cost. I asked how soon it would be ready, and he said I could pick it up "now". I can't imagine a better place to get a computer repaired, or to buy one. Prices are very good, and you can talk to Max and tell him what you want to use the computer for, and he will help you find the right one for you. Today I brought in my son's Mac to replace his hard drive, and got a much better price than the price he had been quoted at another shop. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
