Getting approved was quite a process and a stressful one for me. My income was tricky since it’s not just salary based. Even with the stress Adrianne was AMAZING! She fought for me with the auditors and helped explain everything clearly for me. I was approved and now just did my recertification which she made easy as well. Requesting work orders is easy and simple. As for the reviews about insects and what not I have Not seen anything like that. This complex is clean and they offer pest control every two weeks. Anyone is able to request it with a simple email. Having said all that it would be way better if they had a pool (although it would probably be more expensive.) Also the walls are extremely thin. You can hear the neighbors and even when my kids open their doors I hear it, but if that’s the only downside I’ll take it! The neighbors are all very supportive with the other parents with kids. The dude on parking 77 always smokes weed in his car, parking lot, and elevator. Come on dude, there's kids and family that live here, show some respect to your neighbors! Other than that, cool place to live! Awesome staff! Adrean is chill! Maintenance dude is chill too.
