No TV access. No towels in room. Mold on shower curtain. Was told that they will No longer be a motel after today. No one at front desk to check out at 11am. Held 200 deposit on my card. Woman at front desk was clearly intoxicated with obvious track marks all over her hands. Just a very sad place. I would not recommend due to sketchiness of situation. Most of these rooms were occupied by people who lived there. I'm just confused. I was told not to worry about anything, but this place cannot be trusted. Go elsewhere!!

So stayed at this place last year for a few days because my grandmother was having her 100th birthday party in the area for those of us who decided to brave the pandemic. We were there a total of 4 days. The room we stayed in was the king suite I believe it had a bedroom with a king of queen size bed and then a king or queen size bed and the other open room and two full bathrooms and the kitchen. Now in the kitchen there was no utensils with one butter knife and one spoon. There's a few old pans and that was it. In 4 days they never once gave us new clean towels. I did ask a few times but they were all being washed finally on the very last day I woke up early and went down and waited outside their laundry room to get some clean towels. Also this place is pretty much just for a few people who somewhat live there or working in the area and then all weekends it's for people who want to party. They did give me a free stay so I took advantage of it this year because I need it a place for one night. It was quiet and peaceful other than waking up in the morning and turning on the bathroom light and seeing the roaches. And then the towels they had which weren't even enough for the amount of people that were in the room They all had stains all over them. I don't think I will ever stay there again.

Gross. I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is a mess. The lobby is a disaster, but who cares. The whole property is a weird mix of people clearly living there and people just getting a room for the night, or a few hours. You pay a deposit and sign a form about not smoking. The room we were assigned has a stench of cigarettes that will never be removed. The bed didn't even have linens on it, just a fitted sheet. The whole room felt gross and damp. The window in the "bedroom" portion was broken with cardboard and window air conditioner stuffed in as the "solution". I immediately turned and left, worked refunded my deposit and said I'd have to contact the website I got the reservation through and they would authorize a refund...hasn't happened yet.

Had to stay here six months while transitioning and it was extremely pleasant. Except for occasional parties on weekends, it's quiet, clean, and safe. Sabine the manager was wonderful to work with. She was super helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Thank you!
