Bought CX-5 from Herzog-Meier Mazda. Jay Jordan was really helpful. He is very informed regarding the mechanicals of Mazda engines, chassis , he was taking about engine that made me understand why I find Mazdas Torquier, made me appreciate Mazdas more. This was during the sale, after I decided to purchase. He didn't have to do that. He is also well versed with the software side of Mazda, had me set up the App , right there on the dealer lot, which is very handy, as I use it every day now for remote start. It was a pleasant experience working with the dealership. They didn't take customers for a ride, taking advantage of supply shortages, like most of the dealerships around the area, rather stuck to fundamentals to build relationship with customers. The whole attitude of the staff is very different compared to other dealerships. Didn't force extra unnecessary packages or dealer markups to milk money from customers. Finance team was also cordial, explaining list of costs, and not adding any hidden fee. I had also visited this dealership several times sometime before, to test drive CX-5(2021, 2022), But I wasn't decided on it then. The experience then was also same. So I knew, it was part of their culture. That was why chose to make purchase through them once I decided. I would highly recommend anyone in Beaverton area to take your business to this dealership.

My experience at Herzog Mazda was phenomenal! This was my first car buying experience and as someone who is not the most knowledgeable on cars, I was very intimidated by the idea of pushy salesman and sneaky costs. However, the whole process was incredibly transparent, smooth, and much quicker than expected. A huge thank you to Carmen for taking care of me and helping me get the exact car I wanted! I could not be happier with my Cx-30 as a new car buyer. Carmen was extremely patient, helpful, and treated me as a friend rather than a client. I just purchased a 2022 CX-30, and it was a great experience! Although there were shipping delays and inspection delays with my specific car, Thomas was great to work with and kept me updated with everything happening. They even got me into a courtesy vehicle while we waited for my new CX-30 to be repaired! Top tier service, right there! As for the actual buying process, it was super quick, and I did not feel pressured into anything. They were clear in their explanations about all of the services offered and prices that went along with them, and were happy to remove anything I wanted to remove. Just purchased a new 2021 CX-5 and couldn't be happier with it. Even though I walked in without an appointment, and the dealership was very busy, Jay immediately helped me and got me into the car to test drive. Jay patiently answered my questions, and explained every step of the process, what was required of me, and what I had to sign. The transaction took a bit of time because the finance dept was pretty busy, but Jay kept me informed and did whatever he could to make me feel comfortable and expedite the transaction. I've been very happy with the new car and very glad I went to Herzog-Meier to purchase it!

Mask requirements and social distancing practices remain in place, and we also clean/sanitize vehicles after every test drive. In addition, you can buy online with home delivery of your new vehicle.

The amount of time for your vehicle title to arrive can vary depending on the lender, so we highly recommend speaking directly with your loan company. In general you should expect it to take 3-5 weeks, but your lender should be able to give you a more exact answer :)
