Another great experience renting from Enterprise. I had rented a minivan recently from the Walnut Enterprise. The team was knowledgeable, explained all the features of the vehicle and we had a great time riding the rental (1 week long rental with local road trips). The minivan was new with all the latest safety and navigation assistance built-in. I highly recommend Enterprise!! thanks again!!

So not a lot of car selection. However only reason I give it 5 stars is because of the people. I had a reservation that I needed to change not once but twice (one person was going on the trip, then they weren't, then they were again). If I were them I would of soooo been annoyed by the back and forth. However they were very friendly and eager to help me out everytime my situation changed. Even at the end when I finally settled on a car, they were calling all other enterprises to see if they had better options for me. That's a staff that goes above & beyond.

Sub par experience as always with this location. They are near my body shop, that's the only reason I use them. I reserved in advance, told them I needed it to be quick, and verified the location twice with the lady at the reservations dept., but they reserved in the wrong location somehow. The reservations department can't connect to their other computer system at the location. They can't help with the "rewards" program. They are a mess. The car wasn't ready when I got there. They do there best, but this location must be extra busy, or understaffed because it's always a problem. I have been to Enterprise elsewhere and it's not this bad.
