To be fair I have not been in here since 1999. At that point my experience was great! I am only posting a 2 star review because I called to ask a question during normal business hours and no one answered the phone. If the voice mail message was detailed to answer questions in not needing one to leave a message unless they wanted to schedule an appointment. All I was calling for was to see if they still were a UPS drop off location. But if a call is not going to be answered I refuse to drive to the location and have them be closed or say nope we no longer do this that or the other thing. Like I said if the voice mail was to say enough information such as normal business hours, closed for lunch with times closed and yes or no to being a drop off location for ups or any other delivery service and to leave a message if one wants to schedule an appointment to discuss pictures pricing and availability etc. Then I will edit my review to give a 4 star.

School photos are never perfect but these were awful this year. The photographer did a poor job.
