Pros: The price is a steal $35 a month and its 24/7. I have never seen it crazy packed and am always able to do what I want without waiting on someone else. Plenty of real estate to do cross fit, HIIT or fish flailing what ever it is you people want to do. Plenty of machines and freeweights. Awesome overall homie gym. Cons: Some of the equipment is dated. Like the free weights and treadmills.

Great gym with awesome equipment! We visited Newport for Thanksgiving and Ric was really accommodating in meeting us to get the key access set up. The equipment is everything you could need for bodybuilding or powerlifting and looks like they have a great community.

This gym is great, the owners are friendly and helpful. The other members are really cool. I wish I had access to this gym at home. The rates are reasonable. I was vacationing for a week and gave this gym a try since the weekly rates are great.

I'm not sure that they offer "family" discounts, but they do take price off with each additional person. My girlfriend and I have it and it's 50 for the initial person then 30 for the next.
