I took my Shih tzu here to be groomed. He does fine at other groomers I just wanted a place close to me. She put my dog in a crate which is expected. She does it from her home and her young boy had a loud noise making toy and was banging ot against the crate. My dog is a rescue so can get scared. I could tell he was scared cowering in the far corner, I asked her to make him stop. Her response "oh its fine" WHAT!? Needless to say when I picked him up he was ungroomed and I was told it was because he was growling, what did you expect! Maybe you should put your kid in a small cage and torment him!!
