This was the second time in 2 months we stopped on our way home at this Dansville New York location. Service was slow despite few people inside. I was inside 15 minutes waiting for my McCafe iced drinks. I waited the same last time. I had a bag full of burgers getting cold. Several other people came in behind me and they had incomplete or wrong orders.

Clean and has helpful employees (was my first time with ordering kiosk). The best part was the food. I had not ordered the breakfast biscuit sandwich for a long time because of bad experience with a local store. This McDonalds was the way it should be. Crispy bacon on the sandwich and the biscuit was moist and tasty. We only go there when traveling but will definitely go again.

I heard from someone who works there that they cross contaminate ALOT and they also have been selling expired food such as muffins. Absolutely disgusting place and rude lazy staff.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to! Staff us very friendly, restaurant is clean and the food is fresh. Can't ask for much more!
