Great fast friendly service! They went out of their way to help us! Check the UCSD website for current hours etc! That's important. Also come prepared with your forms filled out, which you can do online on the government site. Be sure then you print it out that nothing is cut off on the page. It will not be accepted. Bring 2 checks! 3 if you are prone to messing up. One for the State dept and one to UC REGENTS.

Great! Apparently getting your passport renewed is a big to-do during a pandemic. I spent hours trying to make an appointment at the passport office downtown. No luck. Checked this place out and very easily made an appointment online. Needed to get my husband's passport renewed and a new one issued for our newborn. We were in and out in 38 minutes and even got their pictures there! Thanks guys!

For Renewal and it should take you less than an hour to get everything completed depending on what day you go
I have been two times, the first had about 10 people waiting and it seemed busy to me. The week or two following I came back and it was after twelve noon, same amount of people or more and I was in and out of there within 40 minutes. Had my picture already taken prior. Nice staff there, great service.

Paper checks! Can you believe in this day in age that is the only form of payment they accept? And you may need more than one. And paper photocopy of the front and back of your driver's license! And the forms of course!

I think they take anyone, I have been there a couple of times and I'm not a student. Also the guy at the bank told me about it and he's not a student. And they have special free parking for people with passport office business.
