Once I got the appt all scheduled and got the car to them it was cake! Way faster and cheaper than they estimated- how often does that happen? I typically do all my own repairs, but they made it so easy I don’t need to.

I recently purchased a low mileage “trade in” on the internet from Town Chrysler Jeep Dodge without physically seeing or driving the vehicle. I read the dealership reviews on the internet and decided to trust purchasing the car “sight unseen” from Town Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I had an excellent experience buying the best car I have ever owned. Joe Mendoza (Senior Sales & Internet Sales) is awesome. Joe answered all of my questions, and made the car purchase easy without feeling “pressured”. I had an additional request that I wanted installed on the car and Joe made it happen easily and was professionally installed. When I picked up the car Joe had it ready to go and the made transaction straight forward and easy. I have received the plates, paperwork, and vehicle title within 4 weeks of purchase. My experience was great and the car I bought there is awesome. I would definitely recommend Town Chrysler Jeep Dodge!

I had such a great experience at town Chrysler Dodge and Jeep. I had a unique situation and all my needs were met. One of the least stressful experiences I’ve had when buying a new vehicle.(If you knew me, I stress out easily) Clayton, Paul and Travis were so great and helpful, they literally went out of their way to help me. I felt like I had big brothers and uncles looking out for my best interest. Breath of fresh air for sure. I would highly recommend any of these guys! Thanks again squad!

I’m in California, and I Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee ($98k) from this dealer. The price was good and the sales person helpful during the deal. However, after the deal the sales person ghosted me. I asked for support (take pictures when shipping company arrived) he did not do that. He did not take 1 min of his time to send a text to inform me the car was picked up. He said all paper work would be with the car and it was not. Instead of sending the paper work to local DMV it was sent to headquarters and was lost in other paper work. That caused a head ache, could not drive it in CA and the dealer offered little support. I had to do all the work to fix the lost documents on my end. To top it off they forgot to send the sales tax to the state (CA) I had to call ask for the money which I received after a month from the purchase date. If I had to do it again I would not purchase with this dealer. I am giving 1 stars because it’s below average and received no customer service after the purchase.
