AC Checker Taxi

I had a medical transport set up and let them know I would need AC in the vehicle. Ride arrives 20 minutes early and I receive the call that he is here then says I can ride in the front seat so we can have the windows down as the AC quit working in Moses Lake which is 125 miles and over 2 hours from my house. Seems like a phone call to me at that time would have been a good thing. 96 degrees out ... I told him I could not use the service. I had to find another way to get to my appointment. Upon my return I called my insurance to let them know about all of this and found out this company had reported my trip had been completed which it had not.

Fast, good service. I needed a ride to Pangborn Airport (EAT) to pick my truck. Driver was friendly and we had good conversation down the mountain. The taxi was perfect for the dirt roads to the pick up site. Next time I need a ride I will call them first.

Great service great vehicle but $2.50 over Uber, Yet $1.92 under Lyft. Never gonna be cheaper than Uber at this rate because the distance traveled was shorter than the uber flat fee. Meaning it's not gonna get any shorter or cheaper. My only complaint is price. This is a good cab company run by good people

We had booked a taxi in advance to get to the airport afor a 6am flight. The taxi did not show om time. I called the office and they said the taxi would be there in 5 minutes. Still no taxi. I called again and was told they were over booked,.. I have never reviewed a business before but this company is garbage!...Apple city taxi picked us up 5 minutes after I called in a panic and got us to the airport just in time.
