Thai iced tea was PERFECT. It was not so sweet that you puckered when you took a sip, instead it was a perfect blend of flavor and sugar. The food was spectacular, I suggest getting the Chicken Wings in the basil garlic sauce. The waiter was fast and courteous. If you get Ian, know that you are in good hands. Be careful with the spice, there's no shame in going for 0 stars. 2 stars is plenty for the average adult I promise. I hope you have the pleasure of enjoying some of the best Thai food money can buy.

They're never open during their posted hours. Tried to go 3 times in the last year and they were locked up, no sign or nothing. Don't bank on them being here at the restaurant itself. Oh, and they just won some kind of food award, so all their dishes are $24+ now. If you're looking for good Thai food, check out Capitol Pho in Montpelier. Better prices, always reliable and just as delicious.

We LOVE Saap! The food is absolutely incredible. It takes a while to be made because it's made from scratch and we are happy to wait for it. The service is wonderful. Absolutely the best thai food I've had.
