It's like a drive thru drop off and you get a pick time from them after 6-8hrs. If you're not flexible with time, this is not the place for you to bring your pet to spay/neuter. I didn't see the inside of the clinic cuz everything was done like a drive thru. But so far, my pup is spayed and she looks ok after the procedure, and it's been 3days . A pain med was given to us, which is included on the fee.

I love these people and the service they provide for our community! My husband and I have taken all five of our cats here for their spay/neuter procedures. Service is amazing, their staff is so kind and knowledgeable! They are efficient with check in/out, pricing makes my bank account happy (especially in these budget conscious times) and I know my fur babies are well cared for. We have never had a complication with any surgery done here!

We've taken our cat there 2 times & our cat still has NOT been neutered. Paid when we arrived & then at 3pm they called to say that the vet had an emergency & couldn't get to the surgery!!! This exact situation happened TWICE last month! Our cat sat there for hours in his crate. The gal that answered the phone was Super rude & told me that she needed to get home asap, because it was a weekend & that we needed to pick him up immediately ! Had to argue with her to get our money back same day! She swore that they had called me earlier in the day & had spoken with me. but there was NOT record of an incoming call from them & I definitely did Not speak with her! Perhaps they just had a bad month & hopefully they have a new receptionist & a reliable vet now?? They have great prices compared to other vets near us, but not worth driving 15 minutes each way for Nothing & especially to be treated so badly by the receptionist! We've used them before & everything was fine. Not sure what is going on there recently??

Took my dog here for the first time and the experience was O.K. Staff was nice. I would say just double check everything you want done is actually done or given to you. I did not, only because I was a bit concerned with my dogs whimpering & he also pee on me. So I wasn't double checking, I was more concerned on getting him home. They almost let me leave w.o my e collar that I paid for & they didn't trim his nails which I also purchased. I reached out to them via email because phone calls don't get answered but never heard back. I also was convinced into getting a micro chip. I was told california made it a law to get pets microchip but after I left I Google it & it stated that pets must be microchip if they are reclaimed at shelters after being found. So that was a bit misleading I formation. In the end I was ok with the microchip, just not happy about being mislead.. overall it was OK but make sure to double check their work & what extra services your requesting.
