I am just trying to get the information of my doctor faxing over a request for labs to be done. This is a very small town. Took 20 minutes of being on hold while in 1st call position, they said. The lady that answered the phone has NO customer service skills at all. She was really rude. Hopefully she is not like that in real life. We’ll see. I will give an update.

I love coming here! The nurses are good. I love the doctors! My 2 kids doctors Brandi and Christopher are amazing! They are both very knowledgeable! I always feel welcome! Brandi is beyond amazing! Always praising me as a mom (sometimes you need to hear it from someone else) I love how close it's to home. Always try to work my kids in when I call the same day. I also get follow up calls from the nurses!

The nurses are by far the rudest I've ever came across. Apparently if your normal Dr is in Wenatchee that puts you on the black list here in Ephrata. Janet and Michelle both have the worst attitude and neither is afraid to give it to you. I highly recommend DO NOT use this clinic.
