I have used Mac Hollywood multiple times through the years, they are quick, kind, competitive prices and informative. I brought them an older MacBook with a failed logic board - which I did not know was a failed logic board until Jason at Mac Hollywood diagnosed it. Jason is kind, professional and to the point. He quoted me a price to repair it, and ALSO honestly informed me how I could get another of the same model or newer for a LOWER price. He was right. Since the issue was diagnosed, I decided to try to fix it myself. There was a few bumps and I called Jason, he generously gave his professional advice… I was able to repair it. I don't know how long I can keep this old mac running, but I feel empowered and hope for a bit longer. If you want your Mac repaired or only diagnosed, it’s worth utilizing their professional expertise. I feel safe and confident with my Mac in Mac Hollywood’s hands. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Mac Hollywood and thank you Jason.

They are nothing but a scam business! They "personally deliver" damaged items for an insurance claim. The manager and salesman were so nice until I had a complaint. I wish I had the conversation on an audio recording! I'd never do business with them, nor ever.. ever recommend them! Go directly with the manufacturer and avoid all hassles with this scam business. I'd rate -5 if I could!

I was recommended to go to Machollywood by a good friend of mine and this store is the ONLY place in LA that carries the big Cintiqs tablets on display for you to test out. I went to Machollywood twice and both times Patrick was kind and very helpful when I was asking questions about the Cintiqs. I bought my 24 inch Cintiq and Egro Stand from them. The Cintiq I wanted wasn't in stock at the store but Patrick was very helpful in telling me when he would have it in stock again. He also placed my order in-store and before my Cintiq were shipped to me he checked if my Cintiq had dead pixels before shipping it out to me. I totally recommend getting Cintiqs from Machollywood. The service was excellent!

Operating software updates and OS Installation kept failing on MacBook Air and the apple genius’s online couldn’t help bc it’s out of warranty .(the Apple peeps kept called my laptop “vintage “ and seemed to jst want to sell me a new one). Anyway The tech expert at MacHollywood here fixed it and installed OS in less than 90 mins for $50. Grateful , thanks guys !!
