I made an appointment to get my cat groomed and I've never really taken her out of the house before other than the vet, I usually bathe her at home and clip her nails at home myself where she' feels safe and familiar. So at the end of the phone call after I scheduled my appointment I asked the lady (which she was unpleasant to begin with and throughout the entire phone call) if there was anything I should bring and nervously asked if this was okay to do to her, like drop her off in a random facility with strangers so they can pour water on her (something all cats hate) and the woman had the nerve to reply with the most rude snarky voice back "uhm. yeah it's pretty normal to bathe your pets" she was extremely rude and insensitive and I honestly think she should be fired for the way she responded. Don't work in costumer service if you're not a good person (or at least ACT like one)I cancelled my appointment afterwards because i'm not going to give my money to people who can't even act right over the phone. I wildly recommend taking her off phone duty (or fire her) so your company doesn't loose anymore costumers. She just seems like a really unpleasant and weird person to have interactions with. Literally was just nervous about doing something new and different with my cat that I care a lot about and don't want to be scared or hurt. She could've responded with something along the lines of "It's just something that needs to be done and our staff is well trained and will make sure your cat is taken good care of." But instead she had to be mean.

My dog Binky hates getting his nails trimmed. The Groomers still did a great job and Binky got his chicken treat.

I love this little store, not only is it a block away from my apartment, they sell products that i can be confident are good for my baby, and, I don’t know if this is true for all of their products, but the brands I like to buy are cheaper here than on amazon or chewy. Love supporting a local business and keeping my baby girl healthy and happy
