I loved living at Creekwood Villas and only moved due to a health issue. Regina is wonderful and was always quick to respond. The maintenance team, especially Manny, were always very quick to address an issue. The apartments are older and there are considerations when you live in an older building. However, my building was always pretty quiet. The grounds are so unique and beautiful. Where else will you find a creek with all sorts of wildlife out your front door? I really liked the upgrades during the last few years, especially the double pane windows! Overall, this is a great place to live.

This place is the worst place to live. The ducks and the creek are nice to look at but that's it. The manager can seem nice to your face but she doesn't care too much for the residents. She doesn't have too many safety concerns for the residents and she hasa allowed a homeless person to stay at the apartments without being on the lease. Don't expect the manager to do anything about loud neighbors in the middle of the night and if they turn off your water they wont tell you. At least that is what I have experienced so far.

My wife, two doggos, and I have lived at Creekwood Villas for a little over 2 years and we've been blessed to have lived at this place. From the management office to the maintenance staff, they've made our experience incredible. They're warm-welcoming and attentive to our needs. Under a "one-man" show at the leasing office, I don't know how Regina, the landlord, does it but she's on top of everything! I also commend Manny, one of the maintenance staff, as I always see him on the move around the whole complex fixing, cleaning, and helping a lot of the tenants. We've seen continuous renovations to the complex from the upgraded appliances, windows, road pavements, laundromat, and above all, dog park.

I been at creekwoodvillas for almost two years. I been really happy to live here. Management is very nice and friendly. Maintenance is great every time I have a problem they always come and fix it. It is always done same day. It is been the best place I live so far. I don't have any problems with parking. Best place to live. The only thing I am sad is that the prices got really high for a two bedroom and I need to move out because I have a one bedroom. But I really recommend this place. I they can give me a good deal with my rent in a two bedroom I will stay here for ever :)

1 bedroom. Almost 1800
This is NOT affordable housing, this complex is a joke that hides behind a lease agreement that declares they are crooked. If you are truly in need if a place to live and do not mind to wipe condensation off of windows everyday to keep down the painted over mold, the dirty carpet they claim is new, the possible tree limbs under the foundation of the ground floor units that will cause additional wear and tear on the "new" carpet, the improperly fitted windows and doors that keep the mold an issue in the first place, the water leaks under the kitchen and bathroom floors, the paint on the walls that is so thin and cheap if you wipe it even slightly will rub off and reveal the old color of paint used then pay the 1550 for a 1 bedroom apartment that is not worth it at all and by God do not say anything to the management about any if it for maintenance to come fix anything because all maintenance is going to say is it happens because the units are so old....But its 1550 per month..
mine fits a queen but theres no frame
