Don’t bring your kids or pets here. Don’t come here alone if you’re a female. I brought my puppy in, one of the employees started petting her without asking (not a big deal). However I noticed he kept rotating, grabbing and “checking” her collar. To the point that I was trying to physically take his hands off her and he was not letting me. He commented on how it fit right, but kept rotating it. I realized he had been trying to look at her tag with my personal information on it. He had me completely blocked in an isle and stopped me multiple times every time I tried to get away from him. This happened 8/11/22 around 9:55am.

The bald head of customer service is a trash you know. I went rent a box truck, and he didn't let me rent. And then I went another person of customer service; its work, I rented that truck. When I came back to return the truck, the bald head comes and go to check the car. I didn’t no what’s wrong with him. He deducted over $60 extra charges from me. And then I went the other worker; he said that the 60 more dollars was wrong. After one hour they told me that I can get the money back but I will need to wait for couple days.

So just to start off I have to say Louie and the staff in hardware and plumbing went above and beyond to help me with finding cutting oil for a project. This entire staff at this location was friendly and very helpful and this was while they were multi-tasking, helping out other customers as well as myself and net working amongst themselves to find the items I needed . I look forward to making this location a go to spot .👍🙏

Frustrating experience here. I was over charged by the online rep before I came to pick up my items. I caught it as I was leaving and noticed two freezers on my cart. I went back to get the refund, and the employee wasn't all that concerned. As I was leaving a second time, they never took the second freezer off. Thankfully I was honest, and removed before walking out with it for free. There was no since of urgency, a lack of communication to the employee by the cart to remove it, and the employee by the cart thanked me for my business and told me to have a nice day. Definitely a learning opportunity here on how not to lose inventory.
