I don’t give bad reviews however this was disappointing . I went in to get a kennel, pads , feed, and fish for my duck(sanctuary) and other animals I asked for help after I found her on her in a back area. She said one person was ahead of me rushed away and I was next . I watched her go find the customer who was waiting on her . 45 minutes later those people have come and gone and she’s know where to be found . Nor is anyone else to help me . The attitude I got when I asked for help to get minnows was surprising when I was checking out at the register . I visit this location often. Now you can’t get help after almost a hour . I went into the bathroom and both were clogged and feminine products on the ground . I won’t be coming back this was one of the main places I go every week for feed and supplies ;( really surprised to get this type of treatment .

Didn't go there and do not have a pet, but when we did have our dog, it was a good store to go to. Had our dog groomed there a few times.

Would have given a higher rating but the dude there was acting like I was suspicious or I was up to no good like I was trying to steal something which is actually quite insulting considering I haven't stolen from a store or from anyone for that matter for as long as I can remember I don't do that kind of thing I believe solely in paying for what I want and doing that legitly and legitimately. I wasn't in there trying to scam on them or trying to steal anything or anything like that so for him to profile me and then to call the police on me as I'm standing in line to pay for my items is quite bull malarkey

I have been coming here for awhile to get my dogs groomed and Tamera is amazing. She always has been so good with our dogs and exceeds our expectations. Thank you for taking such great care of our boys and keeping them handsome. Keep up the great work and we look forward to our future visits.
