For many years I have been the facilitator of the third Friday of every month and we at Skyline Church have been blessed with many people who donate their time, spiritual gifts, talents, $, abilities to love on the homeless, feed their hunger and thirst, share praise and worship time and Bible teachings and clothe them and provide individual shampoos, soap, combs, brushes, toothbrushes and toothpaste! Over the years, I have seen many homeless embrace Jesus! Thanks to all the volunteers who have made this evangelical ministry such a blessing to San Diego’s downtown homeless! God bless you!

It's got a hot meal for the homeless, and I actually get full from the food. They serve breakfast and supper on weekdays and closed on Wednesdays. Weekend days are just as good. They still feed good, but only once on Sunday. Still twice on Saturday morning and afternoon. The food is good, and we get plenty of food.

Very good place if you want to volunteer in the evening to prepare a meal for serve good for the homeless. Arrive any time between 2:00pm to 7:00pm and stay as long as you can. No need to ne there for the full time.

Many hands make lite work. We do our best with what we have, feeding their stomachs and most importantly being that friendly face and encouragement in their daily lives. The building may be weak, but our foundation inside is filled with strong and loving volunteers doing what they can to provide for the homeless. We love sharing Jesus through music and a message before the meal then being available to listen or just give a hug when needed. Come volunteer with us!

It is an emergency overnight shelter. It would be best to arrive around 8 pm si that the staff manager will see you. Usually will be inside by 9 pm. They do their best not to allow any women to sleep outside. Being patient to get let in is the key.
Unfortunately no, it’s temporarily closed. But there are meals distributed outside in the streets around it every Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at 3pm
There is no owner but there is a board that manages the property. All volunteers. I am on the board
Good question...I'm not sure. Maybe the Salvation Army?
The mission no longer has a shelter program.
Dinner varies from time to time on certain days. For example, Sunday's dinner is at 2:30pm. Monday's dinner is at 5:00pm. So it depends on what day it is.
