We would have really enjoyed this winery if we didn’t bring our kids along. We stopped impulsively after the Safari park because of how lovely the place looked from the road but unfortunately children are relegated to a side area or in a back grassy area away from the views. There was very little shade for the side area we stayed at which I thought was extra bad as that was the spot for children and you would think they’d have made sure there was sun protection. I think I would have left a 5 star without children though as the wine was good and the accommodations we weren’t allowed to be in looked lovely. Get a babysitter or go to a different winery if you want to bring your children along.

I am a member of your wine of the month club. Got my bottle for the month for a friend for her birthday and it cost me $48 at my cost. It was totally disappointing. Tasted like fermented grapes in an old oak barrel. No fruit flavor at all. Was expecting so much more for what I paid. Love your chardonnay. But, thinking about canceling membership

Highly recommend coming here for a wine tasting. It’s a lot of fun on the weekend with live music.

Gorgeous area, great views, delicious wine, love this place...though... They have a stone pizza oven and TWO wood fire spits that they apparently don't use , that's a shame. And the last time I was there, they had a loud forklift working in the tasting room whe it was actually pretty busy. Put those gorgeous brick ovens to work!!

Yes I feel you wineries open to the public plenty of seating you do have to wear a mask to go inside and order your wine but then you go outside and drink it wherever you like
Dogs are permitted so long as they're on a leash and the owner is considerate. The back area is for families with children and is even more dog friendly; the front patio near the tasting room is for those who are 21 + over.
Yes they're open Mondays Gate close at 7 pm.
Not that I'm aware of. I was on a day trip from San Diego.
The Escondido location has pre-packaged food for sale which includes salads, cheeses, etc. . Sometimes a food truck is available but you should check by calling beforehand. The Oceanside location serves food.
Like Susana said, no tastings right now, but you can make a reservation and order a glass (or bottle).
Yes, children are allowed on the side patio, and the picnic area in the back. They are not allowed inside the wine room and in the front patio seating.
They used to have a list you could put your name on to buy them
No, the owners are Alejandro and Helga Orfila.
Me and 3 guest, my husband is one of them. New members are now only allowed 1 guest.
No we do not carry the grapeseed oil any longer :(
I'm not sure, but I think a little gas grill would probably be acceptable, charcoal maybe not
Usually, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. Check the online calendar for more specific performancers.
Hi Annette, you probably want to delete this post since it was asked to Google places, not the winery. I would call them directly and they'll be able to help you out.
