If you choose to live here, please consider another place. Too many homeless hanging around. Management doesn't listen to its residents. They had a big renovation were furniture was damaged, they simply didn't want to pay for damaged furniture. Also they rent balconies that you can't really use.

I am a resident here for all most 2 uears now & we love it! NO bugs, quiet. If there's a problem mantinence is on it! We are moving from the studio to a one bedroom & am hoping its a smooth transition. 😁
