Every time I walk into this store I am immediately greeted. The owners always make me feel welcome. Very pleasant store to visit. They are not like other beauty supply stores I've been to that automatically make you feel like a criminal because of the color of your skin.

Bad business prices are higher and they will not exchange your purchase once you've left the store. Bought braiding hair and it wasn't the correct length. Because I pulled it halfway out of the bag, never took it out the bag! Not ripped open or hair taken off the packaging. And they refused to exchange it. Not good!

I LOVE this place. They always have everything I want or need and the owners are so sweet. Never have had a negative experience here, and I come here all the time! Absolutely love this shop. Prices are super reasonable and the staff always knows where to find what I'm looking for!
