I love The manager, she always very fair with me, honest, and caring and doesn’t give me any problems. I would take the manager over most managers I’ve had in my times of buying apartments, because i have dealt with many nut cases but that lady makes things happen. 👍🏽 I would prefer folk to stay here. It’s a nice environment, maybe bad folk but nice area.

I lived here for approximately 3 years. The apartment was infested with bed bugs. The apartment complex has a bad infestation problem.. Maintenance wouldn't fix problems inside the apartment. The rent goes up each year as well. I wouldn't recommend this apartment.

I know someone who lives there now and all they do is complain. The maintenance is the worst, you might as well say they have none. Their work orders are never put in even though the leasing manager acts as if she writes these things down. The leasing manager does absolutely nothing all day but stand outside and smoke cigarettes. They have to repeatedly complain about the same things over and over again only for a half job to be done. They will tell you they don’t accept pets yet almost everyone has a dog or two there. Sounds like favoritism to me. It is so much wrong with the complex it’s too much to write. Just don’t waste your time and find another place. They’re only out for your money and every year they go up in rent by $25.

On the 16th of November I came into the leasing office to handle a past due balance of 677. This past due balance was mostly off extra charges of former balance. The balance was in the amount of 477 which i had paid off already. Though I had been paying on the balance each month for several months including the extra charge. Even with that I told the leasing office manager Nancy that I would be able to pay the balance off within in two months paying two thirds of the balance before the end of this November. She told me the needed to speak with the "owner" and would get back to me by Monday November 20th. She never called nor sent me a letter but rather a court summons though I had offered to pay the balance in full in less than 60 days. Not only that the leasing manager yelled at me and threatened me while trying to make arrangements to pay the balance.

Might they want proof of income to be three times the rent ant the rent is 925 one bedroom
