The customer service is HORRIBLE! I used to come here for years and stopped because I moved. Today I went for an 11:30 appointment. Walked in at 11:34 because traffic was a little heavy. The owner tells me I have to wait 40 minutes because Linda started on somebody else. Literally 4 MINUTES! If I could wait that long I wouldn’t of made an appointment in the first place. I spent so much money there that now I see they don’t care about customer service or the elements of life, which caused me to be 4 minutes late. All they care about is taking your money and charging you hidden fees like $7 for a cut down. I will never support this establishment again.
