Whiteville store is NOT the store it is advertised as. The reviews you see on the web have to be hand picked. I ordered $300.00 worth of parts for our MKC on 8/25 and was told all of it would be there next day. 8/26 get there and they did in fact receive the plugs but have no idea where they went after received. The coil packs were not in fact even ordered but got charged for them. Am now told he can have them but late today but he would have to make sure. Then why in the world would you tell the customers you can have it that day if your not sure. This store needs to be cleared out of its present employee staff and restart with new. Put a store manager that actually does manage and train employees to provide the service you advertise. I’d put a zero if it were available. Don’t freakin blame COVID! That train has lost its wheels. Take responsibility for your actions and roll on. You’ll find customers will approve the honesty a lot more than the blame game.
