Hotel is off the beaten path. Not many other people in hotel during my stay. Indoor pool has salt water and has been broken for months waiting for a part. First room had clogged drains and area under bathroom sink had not been swept. Here is the bright part. Staff is incredible and switched my room right away. Building is only 3 years old so amenities are modern. Restaurant & bar on premises. I would stay here again.

We came to town for a baby shower in Clifton Heights. Holiday Inn has always been one of my go to hotels plus I'm IHG rewards members. The staff was friendly as usual. The room was clean and smell good. The only think I had an issue with is the shower water pressure which seem to always be low at all Holiday Inn. The bathroom toiletries was Dove products. The Streetlight bar and restaurant is very nice had breakfast there before heading. The buffet is $16.99 per person. I love there set up with the hotel.

I live in NJ (closer to NYC than Philly) and recently had a job in the Upper Darby area that was going to start at 7:30AM. Traveling from home at 5:30AM to arrive at the worksite, then working all day, and then driving back didn't seem like the best or safest option in terms of possibly falling asleep on the road. I wanted to find a safe place in the UD area, where I could sleep the night before and arrive rested in the morning, however there really aren't any hotels in the area. You have to go down to Philly or west to Media or East to KoP. Also, most of the moderately priced hotels are actually motels, in which your room door is steps from the parking lot. As a woman, I have never felt safe in those environments and I knew that I wasn't going to really sleep well in a space like that alone. I saw that there was a holiday inn in Drexel Hill, however there was a two night minimum. After legitimately begging, upper management was kind enough to let me forgo the second night because of the extenuating circumstances. I am beyond grateful. The next day, I was rested and alert. The only negative thing that I would say is, maybe reconsider the 2 night minimum. Also the only reason why I didn't give an "excellent" for "Able to Relax" is because I wish the architects would have created quiet close doors. The slam when you hear a door across/down the hall close is jarring. Lastly, I gave a rating for Food & Beverage but the survey doesn't give you an option to skip a line - I actually didn't have any Food & Beverage items at this hotel.

I came to town for a surgery and booked a room here. The room was very clean and the layout and amenities made for a great stay. The staff were kind, patient and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I had to extend my stay due to complications and the staff made sure I was able to stay in the same room and helped relieve the stress and anxiety I was feeling. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Highly recommend it!!
