If you can avoid living here please do. Nothing about this place is good. Management is terrible and poorly organized. There's never anyone in the leasing office and if there is they won't answer the phone. You can try and physically go over to the office but they won't answer the door. There has been multiple times and even some emergency situations where I needed assistance and they failed to return calls and emails. It's really a shame and not fair to tenants who are paying rent every month. Do not bother visiting this place you can easily find better elsewhere.

Management is terrible, apartments are overpriced, nothing to show for that amount just your apartment, no gym, no pool, washer and dryer are from the 80’s and never work properly.. your rent is never a set price, energy bill is completely out of your hand and there’s no one to talk too because they made everything online only. Management sits in their office and lock the door, and will never open it. when they do talk to you they’re extremely rude. They shut the water off in the entire apartment complex for hours without warning. You will never get anyone to answer your phone calls or speak to you.. upper management use COVID-19 as a excuse not to do their job or talk to anyone..to top it off I have a mouse problem and my apartment is spotless, how? Honestly can’t wait to leave.

The novel in process was great!! They were very professional. We had one minor issue & maintenance was out immediately. Huge upgrade from parkview court apartments.
