I am giving 4 stars only for the Grand bc of Shawn. Best maintenance employee I've ever met. He takes care of your items in your apartment, is quick, quiet and efficient and always able to answer any questions you have and is always quick to help. I hope he stays forever! For the Grand Apartments itself- assistance from management has gone downhill- green pool most of summer bc they wont' fix it....they won't replace the deck chairs that are falling apart, etc

I’ve lived here for over a year now, and I must say, I love it here!!! Staff is THE BEST. Maintenance is outstanding, especially Shawn!! Whenever I put in a request, he is there the next day to handle whatever issue there is. I would give him more stars if I could!!!

My girlfriend and I recent moved into the grand and our experience has been amazing so far, all of the staff is friendly and super welcoming. Sandy has been there helping us with everything since the day we applied making sure that we feel truly at home. In addition since we moved in Nancy at the front desk makes us feel like we have been here for year with warm welcomes and help with whatever we need. Today we also had the pleasure of meeting one of the techs James who helped us with things around our apartment and took the time to explain things to us, everyone here has really made this whole process easy. We couldn’t have picked a better place to move into.

Been living here 3 years. Just received another raise in rent. Started paying $1495 and now I’m at $1806 they provide no reason to raise rent and maintenance issues get worst every year. I’ve had over 40 complaints from messed up fridge to mold to flooding in my living room from the walls to AC system, bathtubs, toilets EVERYTHING you can imagine. This place has amazing amenities, location is good, and the people here are great. But just be aware they raise your rent tremendously every year and maintenance issues will be VERY BAD. My honest opinion.

They use some mega-corporate software that squeezes every last penny out of people depending on supply and demand. But 3 bedroom apts go anywhere from 2k - 3k per month depending on the floor, and demand.
No, these are 'luxury' apartments with rent between 1000 and 3000 per month depending on apartment, floor, and demand.
1 bed 1 bath about 1475, place sucks though, been here 4 months already had mold on my ceiling they left there for a month before it flooded through ruining my bedroom, finally replaced the drywall after telling them to 6 times, they only wanted to patch the wet stuff, and the leaking pipes still leak cause they don't fix them right, and will just ruin this new drywall. Highly recommend looking elsewhere
They do not. It is luxury apartments starting at around 1200. The only units that pay significantly less money are the residents that are grandfathered into the old rent controlled rates.
