Update: The staff at Wag are lovely but my experience boarding my cat was frustrating to say the least. They seem well equipped to handle dogs but I'd look elsewhere for cat boarding. Update 2: I have dealt with the manager, regional manager, & general customer service. My cat was about to run out of food an no one contacted me. Her toys were left behind and management doesn't seem to care. Board your cats (and dogs based off other one star reviews) elsewhere. VCA is $7 more a day if your cat doesn't require medical attention, and there are multiple locations throughout SD County :)

Took our dogs to stay here for our wedding. Paid for the nicest room to try and make it as good as possible. The stay was fine. Treat dispenser didn't work but they claim it's my fault I didn't tell them vs they regularly maintaining their gear. I was going to leave it be but today I took my dogs to the vet and they have kennel cough. It happens and is a risk. I called Wag to tell them they need new air filters and to sterilize and the manager could have cared less. Instead of apologizing and promising to clean she instead repeated herself with a basic lecture that kennel cough happens. She didn't ask for any of my information to pull up my profile, dates dogs stayed, etc. I would have hoped she would have wanted to notify other dogs that stayed there so their owners could also take their babies to get some medicine. So I'm out over a thousand bucks to board our two babies, and they came home sick Never again for us

We absolutely love this place. Our pup is so happy when she goes and has a day to play with other pups. Also they give you updates when you want them and they are very attentive to our pup. Plus the prices are great.

VERY nice people and super helpful. I would have given 5 stars, only issue was it’s completely indoors. Not good for those pets that are trained not to relieve themselves indoors. My girl ended up with colitis/diarrhea on the second day. (Longer stay). Which happens and resolves itself in a few days. It just wasn’t the place for her. Groups were also a little too much for her. So she did a “stay day” not all day play. Wish there was maybe an outside station. They have artificial grass stations, but again that isn’t favorited with my girl. I have even tried artificial turf in the airports, it’s a no go. I will be back to WAGS for possibly hourly care only when visiting SD. They also offer other À la cart items you can add-on for the day. Thank you all. You’re wonderful.

We have 3 levels of care for your babies no matter the breed... We have all day play if your dog does well in a large group we have play groups were its a little smaller group and we have special care for dogs that dont do well with others or have some medical needs like blind deaf or cannot move very well. Ive worked at other places but none this detailed for the dogs and the way the parents want us to care for them. Come take a tour #welovedogs #welovepitties
As long as your pet is up to date on all vaccines, yes! Rabies, dhpp (full series) and Bordetella.
Yep they have an awesome all day play option for big and small dogs.
Remember to have all the shot records and no beds allowed only blanket and toys and food.
Yes, we accept un-neutered male dogs! We have a dedicated program for dogs that are not neutered. Its called specialized care. Price ranges depending on the service you are looking for, (daycare or boarding) you can learn more about this program on our website www.waghotels.com, select the A la carte menu button at the top. Have a great day!
